Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of skillsfirst.pro, operated by Skillsfirst. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. The account is for one person — do not share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• A subscription is billed once per period, in advance — monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees.
• There is no auto-renewal. We do not store a mandate and we will not charge you again automatically. When the period ends, access simply stops until you choose to subscribe again. That is what "cancel anytime" means here — there is nothing to cancel.
• Prices may change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

3. What your subscription gives you

A personal, non-transferable licence to stream the courses your plan covers, for as long as that period lasts. Courses may be added, updated or withdrawn — we do not promise any particular course will remain available forever.

4. What you may not do

Download, re-record, re-upload, resell or publicly show the course material; share your login; or use the platform to break the law. We may suspend an account that does, without refund.

5. Certificates

A certificate confirms you finished a Skillsfirst course. It is not a degree, a diploma, or a qualification accredited by any university or government body, and we make no promise about employment.

6. Our content

All videos, text and artwork on the platform belong to Skillsfirst or our instructors and are protected by copyright.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted service; maintenance and outages happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at India have exclusive jurisdiction.
